Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
jilibe operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibe account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

jilibe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilibe does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name and must match the name on your jilibe account.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your jilibe account and are subject to change. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is ₱100. jilibe reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. jilibe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jilibe are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibe does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilibe are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. jilibe reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other conduct that jilibe determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Decisions made by jilibe regarding bonus abuse are final.
jilibe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.
All games available on jilibe that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. jilibe does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, jilibe reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jilibe shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a game malfunction or technical failure beyond its reasonable control. jilibe complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) where required by law or necessary to provide the jilibe service.

jilibe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilibe will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the jilibe platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jilibe support.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilibe from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
